If you have planned or thinking about completing your ITIL v2 Manager's qualification, then you may need to act sooner rather than later. There will be limited opportunities to complete this during 2010.

The ITIL v2 Manager's course continues to offer the most efficient and cost effective way of achieving the ITIL v3 Expert qualification

The next Manager's cycle will commence in January at both our London and Warwick training locations.

As with all our courses, we continue to lead the way with one clear price, inclusive of colour course material and examinations, pass guarantee and post course tutor support.

FGI remains fully committed to IT Service Management, and will continue to run version 2 qualifications until they are fully retired, whilst offering the full portfolio of version 3.
