If you have attended an ITIL or PRINCE2 training course, you probably returned to your office with every intention of putting the theory in to practice. However, in reality did that happen?

Dave has broad experience in all aspects of Service Management across a wide range of markets. David has worked on Service Desks, in technical departments, in development and in management and, thus, has a full appreciation of the challenges facing today's IT departments.
