FGI is pleased to announce another excellent set of results for its latest ITIL v2 Manager's course. A staggering 85% of delegates passed, 30% achieving a 'double' distinction, scoring 65% or higher in both the Service Support and Service Delivery exams. This compares with the national pass rate of just 50%.
Delivered by FGI's David Harris, delegates were "over the moon" when told about their results. Sarah Lascelles, IT Service Delivery Manager at Interserve Project Services, who attended the course, commented, "FGI provided excellent tuition. Dave was an approachable and helpful tutor, and offered prompt and detailed support in between the courses and exams".
David puts his success down to a number of different factors. The course is conducted in a relaxed and occasionally fun environment but strong emphasis is placed on advising delegates about the work they need to put in to pass the exams. An email address is provided for delegates to encourage them to ask questions and have mock questions marked, both during and after the course and in the run up to the exams.
