What is the ITIL v2 Practitioner course?

Each discipline within the IT Service Management framework can be studied in detail. The ITIL v2 Practitioner treats each area as a specialism and focuses on the application of the subject.

Who would benefit from the ITIL v2 Practitioner courses?

The ITIL v2 Practitioner courses are aimed at individuals who are responsible for a specific process within the IT Service Management framework who perform the activities that belong to those processes.

Successful completion of an ITIL v2 Practitioner course will qualify towards the ITIL v3 credit system.

When are the ITIL v2 Practitioner courses running and how much do they cost?

12th April: ITIL v2 Change Management Course £840 +vat
