FGI, a specialist provider of IT Service Management and PRINCE2/Project Management training and consultancy, is pleased to announce an outstanding set of results for its latest ITIL Manager's and Manager's bridge courses.
100% of delegates passed the ITIL v3 Manager's Bridge course, compared to the national average of 62.6%†, and 92% of delegates passed the ITIL v2 Manager's course, compared to a national average in 2009 of 58%†. Delivered by one of FGI's Senior Consultant Trainers, Jiwan Trehan, delegates were delighted when they received their results for the ITIL v3 Manager's Bridge course. Rajneesh Garg, Service Delivery Manager for BT Health, attended the course and commented "Jiwan had a very good understanding of the ITIL processes and provided good analogy and examples during the course."
This 5 day course is structured in a '4+1' format. Delegates have a break between the course and the exam, enabling further preparation and revision. Tutor support during this time is also available and often invaluable.
The ITIL v2 Manager's course was delivered by two senior ITIL Consultant Trainers. A number of training providers deliver this course with only one trainer. FGI is dedicated to ensuring that delegates have the best learning experience and are given every opportunity to pass the exams. This format also reduces the trainer-to-delegate ratio, allows 'in classroom' exam marking and 'real world' discussion around IT Service Management.
The ITIL v2 Manager's and ITIL v3 Manager's Bridge courses continue to offer the most cost effective and efficient way of achieving the ITIL v3 Expert qualification.
ITIL v2 Manager's + ITIL v3 Manager's Bridge = ITIL v3 Expert
The ITIL v2 Manager's course will cease 31st August 2010. The next cycle will commence in January at FGI's London and Warwick training venues.
