What is this course?
The ITIL v2 Manager's course is aimed at anyone involved in the support and delivery of IT services. This comprehensive course covers the fundamentals of ITIL Service Support and Service Delivery.

The ITIL v2 Manager's course also offers the fastest and most cost effective route to achieving the ITIL v3 Expert qualification (ITIL v2 Manager's Course + ITIL v2 Manager's Bridge).

Who would benefit?
This course is intended for Service Management consultants and Line Managers with responsibilities for the day to day running of Data Centres, Computer Operations, Communications Networks or IT Infrastructure in general.
