Following the recent OGC announcement confirming the phased withdrawal of ITIL version 2 qualifications, the Manager's Course will cease 31 August 2010.

FGI remains fully committed to IT Service Management, and will continue to run version 2 qualifications until they are fully retired, whilst offering the full portfolio of version 3.
