ITIL v3 Manager's Bridge
The ITIL® v3 Manager's Bridging Course will re-enforce the key components of ITIL Version 3. It will build on delegates' Version 2 knowledge and cover the key differences between Version 2 and Version 3 and explain how Service Management is evolving.
