The ITIL v2 Managers' Revision Day is designed to prepare delegates for the ITIL v2 Manager's exam. The one-day workshop style course works through an ISEB Case Study, revisit exam tips, discuss any uncertainties course participants may have remaining in their minds relating to the syllabus, and practice formatting and answering previous exam questions.
