Outline
Each of the ITIL v3 Intermediate Lifecycle modules are 3 day course with the exam on the final day. All prices are inclusive of exam and courseware material. There is a qualification for each of the five elements.
The ITIL V3 Qualification Scheme introduces a credit system. To achieve ITIL v3 Expert Certification in ITSM you will need a minimum of 22 credits. The ITIL v3 Qualification Scheme has been structured to ensure delegates receive a balanced selection of the v3 subject areas.
