At FGI we schedule each module approximately one month apart, and approximately one month prior to the ISEB public examination dates to provide our delegates with a structured approach to attaining the Managers Certificate. This format allows delegates to absorb ITIL course material and apply their in practice before taking their written exam. We also schedule ITIL revision workshops to fully prepare delegates for the examination days. Our outstanding pass rates, amongst the highest in the country, are testament to the success of this approach.

The v2 Managers course will be delivered by two senior ITIL trainers to enhance your learning experience, reduce the trainer to delegate ratio and allow 'in classroom' exam marking.

The most cost effective and structured route to the Managers Qualification is to book onto our IT Service Management Certificate or IT Service Management Passport (which also includes the ITIL v2 Foundation Course)
