The ITIL v2 Managers' Exam Coaching course is designed to provide delegates with a detailed understanding of ways in which their knowledge of ITIL should be expressed to gain maximum marks during the examination.

Course Overview:

Many candidates for this difficult examination understand ITIL but fail to pass or gain a distinction through a lack of experience in answering formal examination questions.

FGI Ltd, specialists in Service Management and Project Management, run a 1-day ITIL Examination Coaching Day to provide candidates for the Managers Certificate examination with the opportunity to improve their examination technique.

During the course, you will be able to discuss your weaker topics and receive specific guidance on revision techniques. This discussion may need to be limited to ensure that the syllabus for the day is covered and all delegates have an opportunity to discuss their own topics.

The course does not replace the Revision Day, which concentrates on reviewing the Case Study which will be central to the forthcoming examination.

The course consists of formal coaching, joint discussion and some practical exercises. It starts at 09:30 and finishes at 16:30 with a short lunch at 12:30

This course is designed for candidates who are re-sitting an examination or those who wish to improve their examination technique before sitting the examination for the first time.

Attendees should have attended an FGI course in IT Service Management within the last year and be planning to sit the next Managers' Certificate examination.
