Course Outline
This is a 3 hour closed book examination, consisting of 5 essay style questions.
The pass mark is 50%. This module counts towards the ITIL® v2 Managers Certificate. Individuals who wish to take the Service Delivery examination must complete the ITIL® v2 Managers Service Delivery module, the exam coaching day and the revision day.
Candidates must successfully pass both examinations; Service Support and Service Delivery, to achieve the ITIL® v2 Managers Certificate.
