The FGI ITIL® Service Management Health Check

FGI recommend a full health check prior to any other implementation activity. The report will provide the information and guidance necessary to plan the implementation.

Planning

FGI recommend the use of PRINCE2™ to manage the implementation project and can provide a generic plan together with generic work-packages and products on which to base your implementation plan. We can develop the plan or assist in developing the plan.

Defining Processes

FGI can define Service Management processes and procedures that are ITIL® compliant but tailored to your company. We can assist you in developing processes and procedures. We can supply generic ITIL® compliant processes and procedures.
